Workplace Central are proudly supporting the 2016 Mooloolaba Christmas Boat Parade, an annual family favourite event that sees the waterways come alive with a spectacular display of festive lights.

The parade is organised by the not-for-profit Mooloolaba Yacht Club with funds raised in support of the STEPS Charity. STEPS work to create brighter futures for people with a disability, promoting equality and providing opportunities for independence and improved quality of life. The charity believes in helping individuals to fulfill their dreams and become confident, valuable contributors to their community.

The 2016 Christmas Boat Parade Course runs anti-clockwise from the Mooloolaba Wharf to the end of Mooloolah Island, then down the main Kawana canal to Lawries Marina, back to the river past La Balsa Park and then back to the Mooloolaba Wharf for judging.

The best viewing locations are:
1. Charles Clarke Reserve, River Esplanade, Mooloolaba;
2. The Wharf Mooloolaba and Penny Lane; and
3. La Balsa Park, Buddina
